We are excited to introduce yoga to our offering for 2024.
Our experienced yoga teacher, Keren, has been teaching for almost 20 years (accumulating over 2,000 hours of training!), and has experience teaching both children and teenagers (as well as adults of course).
She has developed a series of short, fun ‘surf stretch’ sessions for your schedule. This will include a mixture of yoga, pilates and cardio to ensure everyone is fully warmed up for a day in the waves but most importantly, to make sure it is FUN.
Our ‘surf stretch’ sessions will incorporate a specific surf focused warm-up, some breathwork and a short meditation to help teach our groups the benefits of mindfulness.
